This isn't secure monitored parking as advertised. It is strictly parking at a hotel and using their shuttle service. The receptionist was surprised with how busy the hotel was that I actually found a parking spot upon arrival.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It is not a luxury airport parking. The parking is in the parking lot of a hotel. There are no signs so I had to call the number I had and this is when I found out it was a hotel parking lot. A parking lot that is not closed off and open to anyone to walk up to off the street. In the lobby of the hotel is a desk, the person hands you a form to fill out, then you have a pass that you must put on the dashboard of your car. We were told that it would be about an hour for the next shuttle to the airport to arrive. Trust me I was wondering if I would have a car to come back to. After the trip, in the airport, I called the same number for pickup. They gave me another number to call, which I called that number, and was told it would be 15 minutes. The location for pickup at the airport is outside, in the heat, and it was not a 15 minute wait. But about a little over an hour! When we were finally picked up, there was another pickup location, this location had a lot more ppl. So much so that the shuttle van was packed like sardines and ppl sitting on laps. Back at the hotel I was happy my car was ok. Would not recommend.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It’s luxury! You think you will save money because it’s cheaper at first site but you will end up paying more with Uber and taxi to get you to the airport. The Fairfield inn shuttle is supposed to take you but it only runs once and hour and when I returned I took over 45 mins to get a shuttle. It never came and I just took a taxi. Do yourself a favor and just pay little extra for park and fly or some other airport parking service. ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND
